“Ensure each advertisement includes the approved disclaimer, “Paid Advertisement. No Federal endorsement of advertiser(s) intended.”

If the advertiser is another Federal entity (i.e., AAFES), the approved disclaimer is, “Paid Advertisement.”

Ensure disclaimers are one half the ad text size.” (DAFI134-108 3.4.2.)

Commercial Sponsorship can be in the form of cash, goods, and/or services or a combination of the three in exchange for stipulated marketing.
