Personal & Work Life

The Personal and Work Life Program aims to enrich the personal and work lives of all service members, including DoD Civilians. We assist with crisis intervention and customized action planning by conducting assessments, offering skill development, and providing referrals to agencies both on and off the base. Personal and Work Life Program activities are educational and offered in both group and individual settings. Topics range from interpersonal communication skills, adoption, relationship building, maintaining long-distance relationships (during deployment and other separations), marriage preparation, positive parenting, eldercare, time management and team building. Many of our offerings connect members to agencies they will encounter throughout their military experience.
